But FriBidi is only an implementation of the Unicode
Bidirectional Algorithm.  That thing does not say any word about
terminals...  They are already over-complicated withought bidi
:(.

You better ask on linux-utf8 for the state of the day.  My
information is from 2001, if not 2000!
