Oh! you seems to know Arabic better than me ;-) I think I've undrstood you point well and to prove it I attached a file to show how it looks, is it correct?

Concerning the Arabic square root (which is an English sqrt symbol flipped horizontally) they said it's not a Unicode problem. Unicode has the mirror property which applications or fonts should use.
When everyone claims its others responsibility you find no clue to go on. The people there at the mailing list are very helpful, actually. I will do my best to fight the battle, anyway. Thanks.
