backup meeting

Per the last meeting, when would be a good time for us to have a
quickie get-together to address 'backups', etc ?  The sooner the
better - do please all list various availability times so that we
can work this fast.

For me,

  Wed after 2000 UTC
  Thu after 1600 UTC
  Fri after 2100 UTC

Do also be prepared prior to the meeting in knowing what needs to
be backed-up and the various sizes, etc.  In other words, do as much
of your homework prior to showing-up to the meeting as possible !
