I was surprised to not hear any reactions/comments/discussion on this
posting,

Are we all satisfied that our current environemnt is sufficient enough
to get the job done in a timely manner ?  I'm not looking to change
anything, I just want to see what others think and possibly hear a few
ways on how things could be improved.
