Salam,
This is addressed to all, but Nadim in particular. I would appreciate it
if CVS accounts creations/deletions are not done by anyone but the CVS
admin (unless there is a good reason for it, like, the CVS admin being
out of service).
This is how it used to be and I'm not sure what has changed, but I am a
little confused by the elqabbany exchange.
Also, if someone needs a CVS account, they _must_ file a bug report. I
will not handle anything without having a bug report to work from.
