I humbly requested that whoever does the adding of people to the writers
file to also add 'em to the 'cvs' list (its a 2 liner that should be done
in concert).  The reason for this "same person" nicety is so that we don't
lose track of who's been added and who hasn't, etc.  Its all in the same
vein anyways and would be ideal to be taken care of by the same person,
we all have enough things to worry about as is.
