sorry about the delay. I was going to send it monday given this is a 
weekend and all.

My status report will be a simple list of what is done and what is not 
done.

please note that configure does not include moving the data from razi to 
 sina.

Progress is slow but we will meet the deadline. I am leaving the meety 
stuff until later :)
