mentor system

Salam,

This is something that I've always considered to be an important. I know Isam
is super busy at the moment and you got way more things going on right now
that it's going to be hard to juggle. I have asked Mosawi if he would like to
act as a 'mentor' to new translators.. to settle them in, and he has said 'no
problem'. So, I will start directing people (especially the younger ones, 15+
years of age) to him so he can verify they are ready to work before creating
CVS accounts.

Isam, I hope you are okay with that..
