BiCon ver. 0.0.20040505 released

The second alpha version of BiCon is released.

BiCon is a bidirectional console - enabling bidirectional input and
output, which is needed for Arabic and Persian.

As great efforts were done in code revision, expect a more smooth installation
with better compatibility in various distros. Various bugs were also squashed,
resulting in better functionality (hopefully) both in the console and under X.

While this version is not a production quality release, the main
functionality is fully functional.
Please test it as much as you can.
